Meet Tammy Tooth: a woman in the thick of an epic midlife crisis. Through a nostalgic quirk of fate, she is propelled back to 1987, coming face-to-face with her 15-year-old self in her teenage bedroom. Together, the two Tammys navigate life’s big questions, rediscovered through the ritual of recording songs off the radio. Part rock concert and part heartfelt theatre, the story follows Tammy as she travels through time to become a high-energy 1980s aerobics instructor. Backed by a live band, powerhouse singer and 18 hits from the 1980's.

The Journey: From Cairns to the Global Stage

What began as a sold-out premiere at the Brisbane Powerhouse quickly ignited into a national phenomenon. After being featured at the Brisbane Festival and winning the Best Theatre Award at the Adelaide Fringe, All Fired Up embarked on an epic Australian tour. We visited 40 venues across every state and territory—traveling from the rugged coast of WA to the heart of Tasmania. In 2025, the show made its international debut at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, where it rocked the Assembly Rooms and earned glowing four and five-star reviews.

The Heart: A Movement of 500+ Women

Beyond the stage, All Fired Up is a celebration of community and female resilience. Through our massive engagement program, we have collaborated with over 700 women across Australia (and one or 2 men), inviting local participants to join the "aerobics" finale. A group of these women even traveled with us to the Edinburgh Fringe, proving that the power of community burns brighter than ever.
